The District Attorney's Office for the Coweta Judicial Circuit is accepting resumés for an Assistant District Attorney position with State of Georgia benefits including retirement and 401k/457 options. Applicants must be able to appraise, interpret and apply legal principles and precedents to difficult legal problems; concisely and accurately communicate, both orally and in writing; prepare, present, and conduct hearings, trials and appeals; establish and maintain effective working relationships with others and possess a strong sense of personal and community responsibility. Applicants should be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

Applicants selected for hire will be subject to a criminal history background check including DMV records, and pre-employment drug screening. Employment is contingent upon the completion and satisfactory results of each screening.
